Following the sale of Park Leisure in 2017, Miles continued within the industry as a Consultant specialising in park acquisition, organic growth, operational and sales opportunities. In early 2021 the formation of a new brand Spa Retreats was then formed.

Spa Retreats designed and constructed the Award Winning Yorkshire Spa Retreat, near Helmsley. From a planning application in 2021 to construction commencing in April 2022, opening in September of the same year.
