Following the sale of Park Leisure in 2017, Miles continued within the industry as a Consultant specialising in park acquisition, organic growth, operational and sales opportunities. In early 2021 the formation of a new brand Spa Retreats was then formed.

Miles has been involved in an incredibly successful portfolio of parks, described as the very highest of quality throughout the industry. He is proud of the high praise and knows how unique it is to receive outstanding results on such a large collection of parks. He continually demonstrates the ability to push boundaries for design and implementation. Miles has surpassed expectation throughout his whole career, all with a very keen eye on park operational and financial performance.

Spa Retreats designed and constructed the Award Winning Yorkshire Spa Retreat, near Helmsley. From a planning application in 2021 to construction commencing in April 2022, opening in September of the same year. Yorkshire Spa Retreat is exceptional in every way, innovation being the key attribute with a high-quality sustainable business plan.
